Close-Date Realism Check
Test every close date against buyer behavior — a deal closing this month should have a buyer who's researching this month. The ones that don't get flagged.
Deal Review 1-Pager
One page per deal for the review: the snapshot, the risk, the multi-threading state, the competitor read, and the single decision the room needs to make.
Slipped Deal Rescue Plan
For every deal that slipped the quarter, a rescue plan grounded in whether the buyer is still in-market — re-engage, multi-thread, or close it lost.
Lost Deal Pattern Analysis
Find the pattern in your closed-lost deals — the segment, the competitor, the stack signature that keeps beating you — from the data, not the post-mortems.
Whitespace in Pipeline
Find the products and divisions your open accounts could buy but aren't in any deal — cross-sell whitespace hiding inside live pipeline.
Deal Inspection Brief
Walk into the deal review with the inspection already done — MEDDIC gaps, multi-threading, competitor footprint, and the one question that exposes the risk.
Salesforce Field Update Checklist
Generate the exact CRM field updates a deal needs — corrected close date, missing amount, firmographic fields HG can fill — as a copy-paste checklist.
Forecast Call Prep
Turn a pasted commit/best-case list into a forecast call agenda — each deal flagged for realism with the HG signal that backs the call.
Multi-Threading Gap Finder
Find the single-threaded deals in your pipeline and name the exact buying-committee roles missing from each — with real contacts to add.
Renewal Pipeline Risk Scan
Scan the renewal book for accounts whose signals turned — declining intent, a competitor installed, a downsizing signal — so renewals get worked before they're at risk, not at the wire.
Competitor-in-Deal Detector
Confirm which deals actually have a competitor in them — by checking the account's installed technographic footprint, not the rep's hunch.
Pipeline Hygiene Audit
Score every open deal for hygiene — stale fields, missing next steps, single-threaded risk — and hand reps a fix list, not a lecture.
Pipeline Coverage vs. Quota
Compute real pipeline coverage against quota — then show where the gap can be filled from in-market accounts you don't yet have in pipeline.
Stage-Gate Exception Finder
Find the deals that skipped a stage gate — advanced to Proposal with no demo logged, or to Negotiation while still single-threaded — and the HG context on each.
At-Risk Deal Early Warning
Catch the deal going dark before it's lost — declining buyer intent, a champion who went quiet, a competitor's tech showing up in the account.
